Unlike traditional fixed braces, Invisalign is a clinically proven way to straighten teeth without the need for unsightly wires and brackets.
Instead of being glued onto the teeth, Invisalign aligners are removable and will usually be changed every 7 days. You can also take them out for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing.
If you’re worried about people seeing that you’re wearing braces, this is not the case with Invisalign clear aligners. Made from a patented thermoplastic called SmartTrack, they are virtually invisible, so no one will know that you’re wearing them – unless you tell them.
Another difference between Invisalign braces and conventional metal braces is that no foods are off-limits. Gone are the days of worrying about getting food caught and causing damage, making it easier for you to stay on top of your oral health.

The time it takes to straighten teeth with Invisalign aligners can vary from patient to patient.
Depending on the complexity of your smile imperfections, your treatment could take anywhere between six months and two years – but you may start to notice results within as little as a few weeks.
Each set of aligners will need to be worn for 20-22 hours a day, only removing them for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing your teeth. This is to gradually move your teeth into a more desirable position.
Trays will need swapping every 7 days and, to keep your treatment on track, check-ups will be required every 4-6 weeks.
